The NSM Service is available just like web hosting services.  For a low monthly fee you can check servers anywhere you can get to them through the Internet.  Monitor your web, email, web application servers.  Whatever you can imagine, all remotely, securely, and most of all inexpensively.

The software only version is sold in two configurations, a ready to run VMWare virtual appliance or Linux executables.

The virtual appliance can be started and configured in about 5 minutes after installation of the VMWare Player software. It is the recamended method for a software only install.

For the full service onsite enterprise customers we offer an IBM xSeries server set, offering the same three tier hardware design.  These servers come with an IBM 3 year onsite hardware warranty.

The appliances are built around three different hardware tiers.  They each provide an increased level of performance and reliability.  LSL servers are the most economical choices, but provide no onsite hardware maintenance agreement.  We will ship parts, we can perform pre-replacement for support customers with credit card, or you can ship them back to us in the event of a hardware problem.  They are perfect for organizations which have their own technical staff capable of swapping hard drives.
